System Properties Tweak

Step 1: Open the Start Menu, then locate and right click "My Computer" and left click "Properties"
Step 2: A window should appear labeled "System Properties" then click the "Advanced" tab, and under "Performance" click "Settings"
Step 3: A new window should appear labeled "Performance Options" then click the circle to the left of "Adjust for best performance"
Step 4: Select (check) the last SIX boxes starting with "Smooth edges of screen fonts" to "Use visual styles on windows and buttons"
Step 5: Click "Apply" (bottom right of the window) and click "OK" the window should now close.

Step 6: In the "System Properties" window, click "System Restore" tab and drag the selector under "Disk space usage to "0%" (to the very left)
Step 7: Click "Apply" (bottom right of the window)

Step 8: In the "System Properties" window, click "Automatic Updates" tab and click the circle to the left of "Notify me but don't automatically download or install them"
Step 9: Click "Apply" (bottom right of the window)

Step 10: In the "System Properties" window, click "Remote" tab and select (uncheck) the box "Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer"
Step 11: Click "Apply" (bottom right of the window) and click "OK" the window should now close.
